The Whispered Role™️ model is new.  We are innovating on the model with some great companies.  Here are answers to some common questions:  

• Are these roles posted elsewhere?   Not to our knowledge.  We only 'whisper' unposted roles.  If we discover a role is posted, we will update its status and share the name of the company.

• Do I need to pay to submit interest for these roles?  No.  You can submit for free.  While the majority of roles on our job board are for Premium Members only, all of these are free to apply to.

• Will I hear back?   We share all qualified submissions with the company/recruiter. If they're interested, they'll either contact you directly (referencing Whispered) or ask us for an introduction. Response rates are higher than for posted jobs, but there are no guarantees.

• What happens if I apply for roles I'm not qualified for? If you're clearly unqualified, we may remove your submission / ban you from applying to future roles to maintain the quality of the process for companies and strong candidates.  

• Does Whispered get paid for these roles?  Usually not. In some cases, companies pay us only if a match is successful. We share these roles to support executives like you and encourage companies to confidentially share opportunities with us.

• Will you share my background with other companies? If you're a free member and opted into the Executive Directory, we may securely share your profile with other companies/recruiters hiring for similar roles. You can opt out anytime in the app.

• Why do I see roles on your main job board with numbers that I can't apply to?  Roles with a #xxxx on our main roles board that don't appear here are likely coming soon as Whispered Roles so check back regularly!
