We started Whispered because we’ve each lived the challenge of searching for executive roles. Because we were built on a mission… to help executives more easily find their next role, we never want to lose sight of that mission. See the principles that guide us 👇
1. Whispered is focused on making the job search less scary for executives (recruiters, while they help executives, work for companies):
We do this by helping executives:
Find unposted roles
Spot breakout companies
Avoid toxic situations
Get seen by recruiters and build relationships with investors
Leverage the networks of our community
Find support and guidance through the process
We make our resources available to all executives wherever possible
We prioritize executives first in every decision we make
We work on behalf of the executive and charge them to allow us to bring them unique resources and support
2. Whispered harnesses the power of confidential information:
We respect the privacy of executives searching for roles and only share their search securely with their approval
We know companies (and recruiters) have real reasons they don’t post roles and we secure roles to ensure they are comfortable sharing them
We believe insights on companies can help executives and companies find better matches
We know that trusted whispers only flow when confidentiality is protected and enable execs, investors, and recruiters to share insights securely and anonymously
We look at every decision we make in the context of these principles. We review and refine them often and love feedback/questions.
