Details on Whispered's Executive Directory

Whispered's executive directory is not publicly available (we do share an anonymous version with select recruiters but only vetted partners can see names of executives):

  • We do this to protect executive confidentiality

  • It is only available for recruiting and talent partners we collaborate with

  • It is only accessible via a secure password-protected login

We only share executives who have:

  • Specifically agreed to be listed If you later want to remove yourself, contact us at support@whispered.com

  • Meet our criteria While we don't share with candidates specifically if they are listed, our criteria include:​​

    • Director+​

    • High scoring on Company Quality, Tenure and Expectations (see below)

    • Active search status (we confirm this every 2 months)

The Executive Directory includes the following fields (* indicates only revealed to logged in recruiters):

  • From executive

    • Name*

    • LinkedIn*

    • ​Dream Role

    • Search Status (Active, Casual, Preparing) 

  • From LinkedIn

    • ​Location (City, Region)

    • Seniority

    • Function

    • Industry Experience

  • From Whispered's AI talent model

    • LinkedIn anonymous summary

    • ​Score (0-5) and Reasoning for

      • Company Quality: Measures the number and quality of Series A+ companies exec was at

      • Tenure: Measures length of non-advisor/fractional roles

      • Expectations: Measures alignment between background and dream role

  • Ways Recruiters can engage with executives

    • Endorsed*  If recruiter has had a great call with executive they can endorse them

    • Connect*  Recruiters can click to request a connection
